With more than 30 years of experience, Dave Anderson is a vanguard in the fields of fiber reinforced concrete and engineered cementitious composites. His career spans leadership roles in both business and the manufacturing of fiber and FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer) composites.
In recent years, Dave has been at the forefront of developing and perfecting a turnkey manufacturing solution for basalt fiber reinforced polymer rebar, the cornerstone technology for ZAH Holdings.
Prior to founding ZAH Holdings, Dave held the position of Vice President at Polymer Group, Inc. (PGI), where he managed the Fabpro Oriented Polymers Division. - Under his guidance, Fabpro not only became the top producer of reinforcing fibers for concrete throughout the Americas but also saw its profits soar to new heights.- He spearheaded efforts to streamline manufacturing processes while simultaneously expanding PGI's international customer base, driving the company's revenue from $34M to an impressive $76M by venturing into new technologies, markets, and product lines.
Dave is not only a Maxwell Certified Speaker, Business Coach, and Sales Trainer but also holds a Six Sigma Certification, demonstrating his dedication to operational excellence.
He completed his undergraduate studies at Emporia State University and pursued further education at the Gerald Graham School of Business at Wichita State University.
